Curriculum Vitae: Nigel Panter
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Prior to establishing 4 SQR Ltd, Nigel most recently had successes
in taking a high-level new business concept or vision and developing
into a working business division. Past experience has typically
been in the area of wholesale carrier Internet services operating
through many countries and turning over many millions a year. With
his communications and technical background, he also has the ability
to take on a wider field.
Nigel is an experienced dedicated global professional
who displays passionate commitment and loyalty to his role, company
and clients. His interest particularly lies in the challenge of
taking an idea, and constructing a business solution to exploit
it. In previous roles, he has operated across international boundaries
recruiting, selling, managing and doing speaking engagements on
behalf of the company.
In a previous role as Head of IP services at Band-X,
Nigel founded Band-X Routed, the worlds first Internet Transit
market place with independent quality metrics. Prior to that he
founded the Carrier Services Division in a UK based European Tier
1 ISP, Internet Network Services (leaving at the time it was acquired
by C&W).
Following Band-X' decision to refocus away from
its previous global aspirations due to the recent market conditions,
Nigel established his own consulting company through which he uses
his background and experience in the Internet and telecommunications
industry to maximise the benefits reaped by business enterprises
in these areas.

Whilst much of spare time taken up with his three young children,
his personal interests include playing music, fitness training,
Judo, art, gardening, DIY, and windsurfing. He also actively supports
local school and church

Dreams/ City of Canterbury Symphony Orchestra and Canterbury
New Media (CANME)
